St. Vincent de Paul: If you are aware of anyone in need of assistance, or
if anyone would like to volunteer their time to make home visits to people

Youth Ministry:  A youth ministry program for our high school students
meets throughout the year for Faith Formation, volunteering and social
events.

Children's Ministry:  Do your young children like to play carnival games,
mini-golf, toss games or nerf?  How about cookie decorating, card
making, drawing or other arts and crafts activities?  The Children's
Ministry provides fun activities for kids during the Knights of Columbus
Breakfast once a month.  If you would like to help support this ministry

Welcoming Ministry:  Our Lady of Grace is a friendly welcoming
community with a reputation for hospitality and openness.  If you would
like to help welcome new parishioners to be part of our family please call
the parish.  The Welcoming Ministry plans New Parishioner social events
throughout the year.

Senior Outreach:  The Senior Outreach Ministry lovingly provides
assistance to seniors in our community through the "
Meals on Wheels"
program and the "
Call-A-Senior Caring" program.  Do you know a senior
who would like a daily nutritious meal or who could use a daily or weekly
call for a health and well-being check?  If so, please contact Cory Kovak

Homeless Ministry:  Jesus reminds us that what we do for the least of our
brothers we do for him.  The Homeless Ministry's goal is follow Jesus
with outreach and assistance to the homeless.  For more information,

Daughter of the Holy Spirit Associates:  Associates are lay persons who
feel at home with the Daughters of the Holy Spirit.  They sense a call to
be available to the Spirit's mission of love and life, and to devote
themselves to the poor, the disadvantaged and the oppressed.  For more

Eucharistic Ministers:  Special ministers of the Eucharist should be people
of prayer who have a special love for the Eucharist.  They assist in
distributing Communion at Masses and bringing Eucharist (the Body of
Christ) to the sick and homebound as needed.  For necessary training,
please contact Robin McDuffy at (916) 371-0795.  

Music Ministry:  Do you enjoy singing or playing music in adoration of
our Lord.  The Music Ministry's purpose is to enhance our liturgies
through prayerful singing.  Anyone with an interest is welcome to join.

Greeters/Ushers:  A warm smile and word of welcome that reflects God's
love can help all worshipers enter more easily and more fully into the
celebration of the liturgy.  This important ministry shows parishioners to
seats, gathers the Sunday collection, arranges for the presentation  of the
gifts, and distributes parish bulletins after Mass.  Those with the gift of
hospitality should contact Chuck Warner at (916) 371-9278.

Lectors:  Do you desire to share God's word with others?  Consider
proclaiming the "Word" at Mass.  Interested parishioners are needed to
proclaim readings at daily and Sunday liturgies.  Please contact Frances
Quinn at (916) 372-7096 for additional information.

Altar Servers:  The primary role of the altar server is to assist the priest in
the celebration of the liturgy during Mass.  This is done through specific
actions and by setting an example to the congregation by active
participation in the liturgy (hymns, responses, etc.).  Those wishing to
participate this important ministry should contact Aggie Roces at (916)
373-9772.

Cathechists:  Through word and example, catechists teach the Catholic
faith and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to adults, youth, and
children in programs such as CFF and RCIA.  Are you willing to share
your Catholic faith, commitment and spirituality with others?  If so,

Women's Council:  Organized in 1956 and affiliated with the Diocese
Council of Catholic Women.  The OLG Women's Council raises funds
for scholarships to graduating 8th grade students, decorates the church
during holidays, provides bereavement services to parishioners for
funerals, and supports the altar needs of Our Lady of Grace Church.  For

Knights of Columbus:  Knights are Catholic men, 18 years of age and
older, who are committed to making their community a better place,
while supporting their Church, enhancing their own faith, as well as
protecting and enhancing their family life.

Parish Pastoral Council:  The Parish Pastoral Council's purpose is to
enhance the process of pastoral planning, developing pastoral programs,
improving pastoral services, and evaluating the pastoral effectiveness of
various programs and services.  Members include the following

Finance Committee:  The Finance Committee is a consultative body that
assists the Pastor in his duties of administering the temporal goods of his
parish and assures that the parish's temporal resources are properly
maintained and utilized.  In fulfilling its responsibilities the Parish Finance
Committee must be directed by the values of the Gospel, as well as by
good business practices.  Efficient and effective use and management of
parish resources must be measured as much by their contribution to the
parish mission and ministry as by commonly accepted business
standards.  Members include the following individuals:
